All this justification when No ONE knows anything factually, and I think thats exactly the problem the CDY is having. They have jumped the gun in hope that this pulls through.

I'm wondering what the guys that are in the know with placement got told as im thinking the head of the snake here may have loose lips (AIMO) and may be wanting a quick pump to exit with how this play currently stands.

It amazes me when weighing up risk V reward here and to ME it tips in the way of heavily to the downside at this time. If this doesn't come through here it tanks hard. The upside is there but really how much as we have lost a lot of momentum with sentiment in doubt. This will need hard evidence and contracts for this to really head north. If it does, great.

Personally be waiting for confirmation that this is all above board and satisfactory with Australian Standards. Then ill consider holding. Other wise DT the hell out of it in the mean time.
