Now considering China's despicable behaviour since this virus was first known i would find it hard to believe any gov department would be ordering a product made in China.
Us company Abbott recently got approval for its test and its most likely what will be used if this virus spreads over coming months imo.

At the moment Abbott's testing will be confined to the US, but given the urgency of the situation, it could be a matter of weeks before it is available in other countries including India.
