Have we seen the end of the nervous sellers? the 'weak' as HC posters would call them (some of these terms really make me laugh:))?
Buyers buiding slowly with some nice parcel sizes too. Sellers for once actually holding their stock.. I think we might be moving up shortly.. (this post also an attempt to spark some convo - slow day today you see)
