If Maria stays as CEO, then we are not heading nowhere. If there is change of management mostly from the successful newly acquired company, then I think there is future and company will prosper.
You don't let a CEO from a dead company manage a successful company. That will be a disaster. Remember she already has killed 2 acquired companies.
