Ann: Cellmid's Evolis Patent to be Granted in China, page-32

There's so many things going on at the moment. With expansions in Europe and the States, followed by continued success in Japan, along with Australian sales increasing exponentially - sustained profitability is just around the corner (if not already) once China's patent is granted and begins stocking evolis.

Not to mention, with an experienced pharma CEO (Bart Wuurman) at the helm of the midkine assets (Lyramid) a spin off and/or a partnership soon is more likely than ever.

I feel with certainty it's only a matter of time now before the long awaited SP re-rate - and that time is closing fast.

That aside, does anyone have any ideas of how long it would take for the patent to be actually granted (after notification that it will be granted)?
