    As for UK making their own tests... I wish them all the best. The US are trying to do the same with very mixed success (https://edition.cnn.com/2020/04/14/health/coronavirus-antibody-tests-scientists/index.html)

    Truth is, despite both countries having doubts in using Chinese made kits. Chinese made kits (by Wondfo or any other established/approved company) are likely the pinnacle to anything the UK or US would ever muster given the same resources, efficiency, and expenditure.
