A lot of the majors have their capital tied up in expansion of their current mines I guess.
Seems like Philippines has a really bad mining reputation eh lol
I think the key thing here is CLA management are engaging with the community which is the other half of the puzzle, the other half being the economics/viability/rate of return of the mine/ESG
