I guess the one we can compare this to that is ASX listed is COB their share price peaked at AUD $1.21 back in march 2018 when cobalt hit USD 95,823 /t then dropped off to USD 29880 /t in march 2019 with COB share price down to 15 cents. COB is now up at 70 cents march 2022 MC $190 m .
COB has a resource of 118 mt at 687 ppm cobalt the ore value per tonne is approx AUD $75 CLA Opuwo ore value with 1200 ppm cobalt plus copper and zinc is approx AUD $224 per tonne.
Back in march 2018 CLA reached 20 cents MC $150 million based on 50% of the current resources.at Opuwo. CLA is now 2 cents march 2022 MC $23 m.
However to note is that CLA Opuwo has more than just cobalt (unlike COB who only have cobalt ) Opuwo has just under 1 million tonnes of contained copper and 1.2 million tonnes of contained zinc at commercial grades copper grade 0.43% zinc grade 0.54%.
Then also CLA has another JORC resource of copper +gold at MCB Philippines and a very promising copper gold project at Sagay Philippines.
So there is a massive discrepiancy in the value of these 2 companies CLA should be 12 x its current MC.

thanks, good analysis. I find it bizarre the market cap was $150m in 2018 when cobalt was $95k, and now, with cobalt at ~$80k, CLA is capped at only $23m. I think it is overdue for a serious re-rating run.

A re-visit to 2018 prices 10-20c would be amazeballs.

I've gotten myself excited now lol!
