CR is probably baked in soon. I think the new management is doing their best to try and lift the price of that from the current work program, with necessary works, but time is pressing on them. It is what it is, better to get there doing useful work than just eke out an extra 6 months of administration and if the price isn't great when it comes, we can at least hope that the work achieved now encourages enough real support to come behind the next cycle.
