They need to address the funding. The market knows that the company needs to source funds to continue with it's activities. Until the funding is sorted, it will cap the share price.
No one wants to buy in and then see a CR done for whatever discount.
It's really unfortunate. As for Sagay, the intention of the company was to always find a partner. People also need to understand that Copper-Gold Porphyries run deep (Cadia goes all the way down to 1500m) and the drilling to date has barely scratched the surface. Depth to the system isn't a negative in a Porphyry discovery.
We can compare MCB to STM - now which looks better? In that sense, CLA's market cap is ridiculous!
