Soz about the late reply, as we get ready to list on the NSX (Namibian Stock Exchange)
The wording in the announcement that we are going to "dual list" makes it difficult to ascertain if that is indeed the case with Celsius, by definition "dual listing" is when two corporations function as a single operating business through a equalisation agreement, but retain seperate legal identities and stock exchange listings. If this is the case (corrections if this is incorrect) then they will have their own allotment of shares to trade.

Te rest of the wording of the announcement doesn't necessarily indicate it is a true "dual listing" but more a "cross listing" giving Namibians with local access to invest in Celsius Resources with the primary listing on the ASX.
If this is the case, (and I think it is the intent of the NSX listing) then the shares on issue will be the current "fully diluted" total (unless I have missed some) as I previously posted..........
