Why would they raise at a lower price than previous CR?
There is no way to not be disappointed as a shareholder. Giving the last change for management and insiders to load up?
Very strange but it there was probably part of the deal for funding.... and probably the last CR before this really runs.
Buying unhappy and averaging down here...
Going to wait until things hit up....in 12 months this can easily be a 100% profit. Let's see.
