A lot would have sold seeing the MD depart as he has a good name and Philippine experience having started the Didpidio Mine for a sub of Phelps Dodge now Freeport that mine was sold to Oceana Gold in the breakup of some of the Phelps Dodge assets.
Seems the Anleck team must have not voted there shares for the MD incentive shares and options as the number ( For) was very low. I guess he has a much better job now anyway lot of demand for such people.
The Instos and big investors are put off by unstable management and having lost 2 MDs and a heap of directors raises a lot of red flags.
