The only thing that hasn't & is in slow motion is the ONLY thing in that management directly controls.
(Go figure)
Either it is planned or it is incompetance.
All other companies (particularly those that are NOT explorers) want to transverse the crevice to miner/ produer, before the cash runs out.
It would be folly to do a capital raise at these levels, but the clock is ticking.
Did management just want / need an Australian listing for other malevolent needs?
