Yes, good point. To me, each project has its pros and cons.
Opuwo has had such little progress over the years, it will take a bit more news, to get it into the spotlight again. Things that show that the Government of the land is backing the project need to happen. Like setting up a special economic zone in preparation for a mine in that area, etc.
