Do you think the market has not factored in the ML because it has concerns over whether it will ever be granted due to the sovereign risks of operating in a country where corruption is fife?
I’m a buyer because from what I see Peter Hume, Sarge and the rest seem to have the ear and trust of local, and I hope national governments, so I’m hoping that translates to getting the ML signed off - hopefully soon.
