If a buyer can't get sellers with what they are offering, some say greed, I see a bidder not meeting the market and failing. The owner has the right to hold their asset until they believe the offer is worth selling to surely.
No intelligent investor is going to listen to a couple of turkeys trying to shame holders into selling cheap for their benefit imo. Happy to hold and wait for genuine offers, or go to mine.
