Yes worth a punt, for me anyway. If there are more delays in obtaining the ML, the oppies could be cactus. If it is granted in time for them, 4c will be in the rear view in a heartbeat imo. I would be expecting double figures pretty soon after personally, with bigger players seeing a green light.
It all comes down to whether the Philippines want to be open for business or not, and I'm sure they do. It's just a matter of putting it all together after the delays so far. 2c heads has me well in the green regardless of the options getting up or not, and I think that is just a matter of time.
$50B in JORC resources, over 3 sites, wont be left on the shelf imo. That’s why I'm in the top 10 waiting for the market to catch up.
