Mode, Indeed why have they kept their 14% stake?
You would think that having had their last bid rejected that they would need quite a bit more to acquire the MBC mine once the ML is granted. Last time they effectively bid 4.5 cents.
But it was complicated. Part cash (small percentage) part SVM script, part retain CLAs other assets in a spinoff co.
Id like to think that it will be simpler next time whether it be Silvercorp or someone else. Makes CLA look a very good risk versus reward proposition imo.
