Forget about his remuneration, in my opinion he could gone permanently to Rare Earths Namibia or walked off into the sunset after his position with Celsius.
The fact he is staying on and has been promoted, should indicate that in terms of the land holdings, it seems Celsius has the most prospective conducive to perhaps more discoveries(?)
Don't forget he is a metallurgist as well
His in-country experience by reading his background is too important so it's another tick to keep him onboard in my opinion
