To be honest if he gets this to multiples of SP from here and wanted to bring in another MD at some stage I wouldn't be too fussed as long as he stays on as non exec director/head of exploration etc.
Timeframe unknown lets just get a good SS done first.
I think he's done a remarkable job as 1st gig as MD of a listed company (assuming that's the case).
PLS did similar by bringing in Ken Brinsden after the other directors got it well underway.
FWIW I see he will be at Africa Downunder in August in Perth, little while off but probably have a pretty good presentation by then....In theory SS done and PFS well underway plus boatloads more drilling/survey work done...
