In my view, Mudguts' suggestion of a Forensic Audit seems prudent. Besides what mudguts posted, here is what the company posted in an official ASX ann on 7/1/2019 when the Cobalt price was LOWER than it is now:

You seem to know there are "interested parties" for the Opuwo resource. Would you mind disclosing who they are and how you know?
