CTP was one of my top two tips for this block (the other was COI), and I thought IPL was a likely partner - they had already flagged to the media that they were looking to get involved. IPL takes care of the initial funding which is critical.
It's a great result for CTP, but there is a lot of work to do yet. It's a tricky part of the Walloons Fairway geologically and it's a stranded block, so they will probably need to negotiate a deal with one of the other players. The block is too small to really justify standalone development.
