The market as well as the company need to take the worst case scenario approach here. This stock is in for a rocky ride. Too risky to invest in now, the advise from bokers and the like will be to get out now rather than see if you can ride it out. This will hit further lows in the next few weeks. Unfortunately the issue won't be resolved quickly, I suspect it will now be prone to delays from the regulatory body in reviewing the case, so I wouldnt expect any quick resloution or recovery in the share price.
