I hate to say, but the class action will cast a shadow over the SP. Seen it a few times in other stocks. Should have seen it coming, however it should do minimal damage.
Sold all my parcel this morning at open. Given 2 unresolved issues (class action, CBI) - I'll wait until the dust has settled before dipping in the water.
My view is CBI outcome will be favourable and the SP is way undervalued. As we know the market is based on sentiment and it can overshoot both ways.
GLTAH - I'll be watching from the side lines. Barring any changes, the SP would drift lower IMO to retest resistance levels. Sell depth is also starting to stack up. Short interest is increasing as well.
