Well it’s good news that no aml or ctf breaches have actually been identified (or so we are told at this stage). My understanding from the full year teleconference was that the Cbi investigation it is more of a governance issue.
what is clear is that I have totally NFI what is going on behind the scenes. I think it’s less likely our license will be revoked. With the original timeline of resolution being March 22, I think it might be more likely of secondary impacts on this Irish license with program delays or lost product dev rev. Hard to quantify at this stage
