I think its implied in the reporting that the CBI actually didnt find any instances of breaches or financial crime- just a lack of control frameworks- and so no mention to date of fines or penalties.

Still uncertainty remaining around growth limits (eg how much?) and if this includes organic growth from existing programes (eg the existing business is still growing strong) even if EML is giving away low margin high limit customers. But given the market jsut dumped EML and the Regulatory uncertainty at least is unwinding, surely EML will be measured now on its fundamentals.
