Just putting it out there, They would highly likely need to ask their largest 5-10 clients if they would be comfortable with a move from CBI. At much as it pains me to say but if your a vendor you would like that EML is in Ireland given the strong regulatory governance / framework
Spain might be ok but these other areas are just trouble or create perception of risk hence why they have stuck with it and invest a lot of $$$
Question is, at what cost or time will they draw the line in the sand?
