As at Dec21:
- EML had ~85m in cash but they also had a similar amount in borrowings so their net cash position is relatively flat
- they also have a decent amount of contingent consideration which will come due over the next 3-4 years and also carrying a decent amount of trade payables so that cash balance may seem high, but they need it for both regulatory purposes as well as just standard working capital
- the 200m deal in spain is the amount that the client will put through the cards......EML is likely to earn ~2m gross margin on that (and they need more of these deals to grow, but the CBI growth limits is preventing them adding to these deals)

I'm not trying to downramp and people can make subjective decisions on whether 350m MC is cheap or not, but if you are basing your judgement on 100m in cash and a 200m deal (revenue?!?) then this is objectively wrong
