It's actually a major part of its global business - the biggest share, in fact.
Doesn't change the fact that this is inherently resolveable. The CBI will not put a business out of business outside of sheer incompetence.
I researched the CBI fines extensively last year and the highest ever fine for these type of issues was €3m give or take, and that's for beaches. EML don't have any breaches (that we know of), just lazy policies.
I'm not really disappointed to see Tom go, he was clearly out if his depth, his cavalier attitude didn't help at all. Looking forward to hearing the new CEO.
The company is still growing. Reports of it's demise are greatly exaggerated.
