Fundamental value is a reasonable description of the current state of EML. I guess the event kicker is CBI (eventually) loosening the leash at some point.
The announcement was a nothing other than holding guidance, which is great in the current climate. But then if we meet guidance, the stock is cheap, so this also supports a strong green day.
I don't see anything in the announcement that indicates growth cap won't continue after March 2024. We hope it won't, but that will depend on whether EML can satisfactorily comply with regulations.
