Why now?
The TIMING for this share consolidation needs explaining.
Something else is behind the timing.

I dislike share consolidations especially in the current market conditions,most end in a share price retrace.I expect the same here unless ,,,but,.
Cottee is no fool,he would know the same.
I expect the resolution will be passed at the general meeting on 27/9/13.Enough time for progress news.

Had a quick look at the options for Freestone,I assume they are included in the consolidation,seem to be so.?

A concerned shareholder would suggest it would make more sense to consolidate AFTER the prod lic/surprise jv/oil production/etc.I tend to agree.

Re TIMING, the consolidation does not bode well for the share price short term nor the options unless,,,,.
I expect a pump on good news soon.
