yes he does Vulture, he just moved the market for CTP down 20%. I'm all for the consolidation, let all the rats jump off the ship and push the stock down. A tighter share register will attract the professional investors. Once complete if anyone out there thinks that the stock can't go from 50c to 75c as easily as from 10c to 15c then think again. It will actually be easier to move up on positive news as there will be much less supply on the offer. I have faith in RC.
