Hey all,
Just going over this Ann in more detail.
Some analysis and questions:
- With regards to the recent (EM) geophysics survey that identified two potential Nickel drill targets ('8750' and '16000'), MXR states these zones (specifically 8750) were previously drilled by BRW (de-listed in 2013)
- Did some digging and it seems the 7.3m @ 6.9% Ni quoted by MXR lines up with the '1A' BRW deposit...see image 1 below
- There also seems to be an operating Nickel mine at 1A....see below
- The question is ----> is the BRW 1A deposit and 1A mine related? That is, has the '1A' BRW deposit been mined / or currently being mined? BRM do make mention of limited underground mining between 91-92 (see image 2).
Just trying to work out what MXR have with these zones and put some pieces of the puzzle together.
