The record date to participate in the cr is 16th next Wednesday - so maybe people are buying today to then be able to participate in the cr at 10c. Once the record date has elapsed the selling will start and it will head to 10c as some will sell some of their holdings to then buy in the cr at 10c and make both a quick profit and help the company.
