    I do not know if I would call "MB a savvy company" more like a bit stupid. They know the real value in CTP but have made a total mess of the lucky situation they found themselves in. When such a large % of shareholders voted to accept MB 20cent offer MB did nothing. If they were smart they would come in with an on market offer of 20 cents and take control of CTP on the cheap. IMO they should have done this weeks ago.
