Ditto, we know the company has value above what MB offered, a savvy company like MB would never buy something like CTP unless there was added value down the track for the transaction.
The only issue holding the company back is capital, leadership and guidance as far as I can see. This equity raise shows that leadership are moving on and thinking to the future and with a good subscription, we can also get the capital back on track. We the shareholders need to put our money where our belief is and back up the reasons we rejected the MB offer. Otherwise our rejection was all for naught and we should have sold out then.
