    Forever, CTP has been about potential, what it can be.  NGP changes all.  CTP can sell everything it produces and has options to produce more.

    2019 will show major balance sheet changes as the debt is wound down.  By some measures it will look like profitless prosperity, yet CTP's position will improve markedly.
