Ashentegra sorry if I say something to you about what you just wrote but, if things are as good in the Court's Grounds, as you make it to be, why doesn't CTP's people (our 2 main Lawyers within house) go straight to a Court Earing and get it over and done with, instead of prolonging the agony with a long list of Appeals in the hope that they will find someone willing to listen to them.??

And don't forget all the extra millions of dollars wasted while following this route.

Nip it in the bud, go straight to a Court Hearing to fight it or defend it, and find out what a Judge or Judges and or a Jury will determine and say about it all. If not, and prolonging the issue, something could be fishy. Just as smelly as the old mullet left in the sun for a few days.
