    Powertool Mac tried to take us over cheaply with the support of our Board who it appears were offered jobs by Mac. It looked like ctp was throwing shareholders under the bus. Takeover failed at 20c but our Board then issued Mac a major sharehlding at half the takeover offer just months later. Then Mac started selling their ctp shares and it appears something has happened between our Board and Mac. Not good news and we borrowed about $80M from Macquarie and they are a 50% owner in our biggest asset Mereenie and really have us by the ....
