I am slightly biased to MLX but at the end of the day the legal system will take its course. There is a train of thought on this thread that boards operate without any authority. If the BOD of TAM actually felt that they wanted to field more offers, the process is rather simple......don't sign anything until the SH meeting and vote. Now who got us in this position.....MLX or NST or TAM????
