Haha no you didn't read the agreement. You read the announcement about the agreement. Just wishing something to be so doesn't make it such.
MLX are no dummies. First class negotiators. If they think there's contestable grounds I'm inclined to agree with them. Whether they win a court case is a different matter.
Certainly wouldn't want to be a director for TAM right now.
