On a 5m argument, you would have to wonder what TAM are trying to achieve if MLX push it hard. It wlll be interesting if TAM disclose the potential downside if MLX pursue legal action and are successful.
What we really don't know is whether the recent actions have caused an irrececonilble relationship with MLX. If that's the case its then a question of damages for MLX. That is of course if MLX even have a case. In many respects I hope they do, hate gazumping.
