You guys are kidding aren't you....The chairman of NST will go nowhere near this thing and heed advice from their external lawyers, just as they would have done with the HOA. No question in his chairmans role and his background he will have influence. One thing for sure, if he does anything else hell compromise himself or breach conflict duties that's not what Chairman or indeed the BOD do. It will all come down to what the lawyers advice was and content of contract drafted.
