Time to walk away boys, low ball offer gazzumped at the death and subject only to SH rejecting the MLX offer...
Let it go..it was a bold and clever initial offer that would have been great for MLX long term but it is not meant to be..
Either increase the offer or walk away, simple as that..
I would prefer them to swallow the pride and walk
