Agree Ez'.
The issue IMO is that once the new deal was released it was obviously going to kill the old deal right? Like no TAM shareholder is going to vote for the the cheaper deal. TAM needed to discuss the new offer with MLX to try to renegotiate and if they did not then their mistake if the HOA was conclusive.
