    Hughenden-Biloela power line proposed to connect western Queensland to the national electricity grid - ABC News

    The proposed 930-kilometre power line has the capacity to transfer 5.2 gigawatts of power between the western and national power grid.

    From the GLL announcement

    The QEJP projects requires 12 gigawatts of wind and an additional 10 gigawatts of solar, but it also has
    recognised the need for three gigawatts of firming natural gas capacity



    SO I guess GLL would then be hoping there is no wind or sun for periods of time so that it can export to the powerline which doesn't sound like a great business case maybe some sort of night gas plant business
