you clearly didn't read the announcement. The new project will see limited expenditure until stage 1.5 is being constructed. This tells me that funding is very close, why else would they be getting ready to drill and what not on a different project in the Pacific somewhere? This is simply getting the wheels in motion. As per the quarterly I'm expecting news regarding a Nickel project too.
