These guys aren't here for a little pilot plant, they want potentially the whole thing. These guys are owned by OCP which basically is the Morrocan state that owns all the mining reserves there. If they wanted product they could just tap them up but it must be the low cadmium content required by euro laws they need to produce the acid they want.
