If you've been reading the CER section, you'd understand CER share holders's agreement is the key to this deal.
So as the CNP board just tried to unsuccessfully rape us with the first offer, you can expect CER holders to return the favour. I'd expect that 100 mill (5.03 per share) to disappear before this is anywhere near being passed.
CNP has been on life support provided by CER long enough.
